4.2 Course Access
When you enroll in a course, you receive a limited license to access and view the course content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. This license does not include:
- Downloading or copying course content except where explicitly permitted
- Sharing your account access with others
- Redistributing, broadcasting, or publicly displaying course materials
- Creating derivative works from course content
- Using course content for commercial purposes
4.3 User Content
You may have the opportunity to submit content such as comments, questions, reviews, or other materials. Payment must be made through the payment methods available on the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
5.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility and terms vary by course and circumstance. Generally, refund requests must be submitted within a specified period after purchase, as indicated at the time of enrollment. Refunds are processed at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy published on the Service.
Digital content that has been substantially accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for refund.

- Any interruption or cessation of the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:

- Fraudulent or illegal activity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
